Q: How long will it take to complete my order?
A: Orders are usually completed in 12-14 business days.  Call us if you have a rush order

Q: Do you confirm the artwork and placement before printing?
A: Yes, We will contact you to approve all artwork before printing or embroidering

Q: Are all your clothing items listed online?
A: No, Our range of clothing is very extensive and is changing constantly. Only some of our garments are listed in web store to view more garments come see us in-store.

Q: The ‘back view’ of the garments looks different, will everything look the same?
A: The ‘back view’ of the garments in web store are standard template pictures for artwork placing only, they are not a true representation of the garments in shape or colour.

Q: I am having trouble viewing the product designer
A: The product designer uses HTML 5 elements that are only available on newer browsers it is recommended that you upgrade your browser visit updatemybrowser.org for more information.

Q: What logo or artwork file type do you require?
A: For Thermal Image Transfer we require either a Hight Resolution PDF, EPS, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW File. If unable to provide any of these file types. Then setup fees will be applicable. For Screen Printing and Embroidery other file type may be acceptable but one of the aforementioned file type would be recommended. Any issues with logo or artwork file type we will contact you.

Q: What sort of discounts are available?
A: For orders over 50 items discounts will be applied in the shopping cart.

Q: Can I get a quote for a larger or complicated order?
A: Yes, If you would like a quote for larger or more complicated order please contact us.

Q. I just want to buy garments blank with no printing or embroidery.  Is that Ok?

A. Yes, when choosing the garments just click on the “No logo/design” option.
